Start your weekend with us as Wind Willow Consortium members lead us on an informational and melodic journey using traditional and non-traditional instruments.
Registration Required. As this is a program for relaxation, please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled start time. Doors are locked once the program begins and there is no late entry.
This harmonic experience promotes relaxation and well-being, and can be a powerful way to release stress. This program is part of a series of programs with Wind Willow Consortium introducing library patrons to sound therapy. Wind Willow Consortium is a nonprofit organization with a goal of educating the community about Sound Therapy through events and educational opportunities. The performers are certified sound therapists who have undergone extensive training and coursework
Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blankets, or pillows to allow them to comfortably sit or lie down on the floor. Chairs will be available for those who are unable to or do not wish to be on the floor.
