REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Join makerspace's Jamie Mickinny and resident artist Laura Weiler for an evening of creativity and cinema!
Bring your own “pocket craft” or choose a small project from our craft-cession stand for the first installment of our cozy new series, Cinema & Craft. Our first film is the 1994 adaptation of Little Women. Settle in with your craft and enjoy classic movie snacks like popcorn, candy and soda while working on your petiet project and enjoying this timeless adaptation.
What is a “pocket craft”? Think knitting, crochet, embroidery, or any project that fits comfortably in your lap or at a small workspace. Row seating and a selection of table workspaces are available. After a short introduction, the film will begin promptly at 5:05.
What to Bring
Patrons may bring a pocket sized project or one will be provided. This program will not have craft instruction. Seating will be provided, but you can choose to bring a standard size folding camp chair if it is more comfortable.
