In order to make sure that as many people as possible enjoy the programs in our Makerspace, we are setting a limit of one program per month per registrant for Makerspace programs.

Ready to transform a simple piece of paper into something extraordinary? Join Kalamazoo's own Aerick B. for a super fun origami workshop where you'll learn to fold an adorable origami elephant!

Whether you're a complete beginner or already love paper crafting, Aerick will guide you step-by-step through the folding process. You'll leave with your very own handcrafted elephant model, ready to impress your friends and family! Get ready for a relaxing and rewarding creative experience.

Aerick B. is a local, multimedia artist celebrated for his captivating and innovative approach to origami and paper sculpting. From classic folds to folds of his own, Aerick is able to transform single sheets of paper into stunning 3D creations. His practice embodies a belief in the peace and profound artistic expression found within practicing origami. Aerick shares his expertise through various art shows and classes, inviting others to explore the timeless beauty and endless possibilities of this ancient art form.
