Kalamazoo County Health & Community Services will be in the library parking lot offering health education, lead prevention services, and immunizations.
The Portage District Library is partnering with the Kalamazoo County Health & Community Services Department to bring health education to you.
The mobile health unit will be offering health education resources and immunizations (including Back to School immunizations) provided by clinic nurses. There will also be a lead prevention nurse attending, which includes lead testing.
If you plan on being vaccinated, please bring along a picture ID, immunization records, and insurance card.
