Account Deletion Request

As a Portage District Library member, you are able to request that we fully delete your library account.

After submitting the request form below, we will delete your entire library account record, along with associated personal data.

 Please note deleting your account means:

·         Your library barcode will no longer function for checkout or any digital services.

·         Any existing hold requests will be cancelled.

·         Account deletion cannot be completed until all items are returned and all fees are paid.

Complete the required fields below to begin your request. A library staff member may need to contact you to complete this process. Please allow up to 14 working days for processing of your account deletion request. Confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Accounts with items checked out or a fee balance cannot be deleted until all items are checked in and fees are paid.
